Our Guarantee To You
For definitions, see our General Terms and Conditions as
set out on our website
We guarantee you that the product will be free from
defects in materials and workmanship. We will without
charge for labour or parts, repair or replace the product or it is
defective.
The Guarantee does not cover transport costs and risks
associated with transport of your product to us if you chose to
ship the product.
The Guarantee does not cover:
- Periodic maintenance and repair or parts replacement due to
wear and tear.
- Repair or attempted repair by persons who are not employees of
Precision Golf Limited
- Neglect
- We may refuse free-of-charge guarantee service if the defects
are caused by you.
If the Agreement with you is not performed or is improperly
performed by us, follow-up arrangements will be made to rectify the
problem.
Should you have any complaints regarding services or products
received from us, please send an email to info@precisiongolf.co.uk
detailing the nature of your complaint. We will acknowledge the
complaint within 5 working days and provide a likely timescale for
resolving the problem while keeping you informed about progress.
All complaints will be dealt with as soon as possible.
