General Terms & Conditions

DEFINITIONS:

These Terms and Conditions set out the responsibility ("Guarantee") of Precision Golf Limited ("we") to the Customer ("you") during and after visiting the business premises ("the Location").

"Customer"	means the customer who is entering the Agreement subject to these Terms and Conditions;
"Agreement"	means any agreement entered into by a Customer and Precision Golf Limited incorporating these Terms and Conditions which shall govern the use of the equipment and each other's responsibilities;

Consultation Fees at Precision Golf

Before any booking can be confirmed, we will ask for a £25 deposit to secure your booking which is deducted from the consultation cost on your arrival.

Failure to turn up for your appointment

If you wish to change your booking appointment, we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible due to availability. Should you wish to cancel your appointment, you must either contact us by telephone or send an email to info@precisiongolf.co.uk stating the date & time of the appointment and reason for cancellation.

Refunds for the booking deposit will only be given if the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment time. If you fail to cancel your appointment in time, you will be charged either £110 or £185 depending on the type of fitting that was booked.

Refunds in relation to any other services will be given at our discretion.

Billing structure

Our rates for the fitting consultation are set rates. The rates for the golf equipment with the consultation expert will be discussed with you on the day of the consultation. We will agree with you what a final quotation includes and what will happen if changes are requested beyond the scope of the initial parameters of the build.

Late payment

We require payments to be made in full within 30 days from the day of the appointment.

We will debit your card if payments are not made within this time.

Precision Golf Promotions

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw any promotion without providing a reason.

Promotions are not to be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion running at the same time.
