You Speak & We Listen
Starting to measure customer satisfaction on a regular
basis has become one of the key elements of Precision Golf's
strategy. We want to listen to our customers to understand what you
think of our products & services, based on their level of
satisfaction. The customer satisfaction survey will be repeated
annually and we will put the feedback into our
strategies.
We are pleased to announce the results of our last Customer
Survey were as follows:
- Nearly 500 customers took part in our survey for which we are
tremendously grateful.
- The results and comments made by the survey participants
indicate our commitment to delivering customer service quality, 96%
of respondents rated our customer service excellent.
- The majority of our customers stated that they would recommend
our services to a fellow golfer.
- 90% of the participants rated their level of satisfaction with
us as highly satisfied.
- Users of our products gave comprehensive product usability
feedback, 87% stated that by custom fitting their clubs with us, it
has resulted in better performance and a lower handicap.

We would like to thank all of our customers who participated in
our customer satisfaction survey and we would like to encourage you
to continually provide feedback by simply sending us an email or
calling us.
To conclude this part of the newsletter, upon completion of any
appointment with us at Precision Golf, you will be sent a
satisfaction survey to complete to tell us about your experience
with us. This way, we will be able to monitor our performance (and
yours) on a more regular basis.
