Srixon Product Information
Z-Star XV Ball -
Srixon's first ever 4 piece ball with a large Dual-Core to maximise
distance and spin control on long shots (in Driver tests this is
the lowest spinning ball Srixon have produced). Combined with a
thin Urethane cover to promote greater feel and spin control on
shots around the greens, it is available in Pure White and Tour
Yellow. This ball is better for the higher swing speeds.
Z Star Ball - The New Z Star is a lower
compression than many of its competitors with an extremely soft
feel using a very resilient, large soft core for maximum distance
but with a thin elastomer urethane cover for consistent spin out of
rough and around the greens. Also available in Pure White and Tour
Yellow. This is suited to the more neutral swing speeds.
Z Star Driver - Srixon's latest driver utilises
adjustable technology allowing loft, face angle and the internal
weighting to be altered to fit the player's needs. With up to 84
different options available there is plenty of scope for finding
the ideal set up and with the head also featuring a new "Starburst"
variable face design, it is also more forgiving than any previous
model. Fairly neutral looks and produces an upper mid-launch with
mid to low spin (in its neutral setting).
Z Star Fairway Wood - Using a similar
adjustable setting system as the driver, there are 12 different
hosel positions allowing for face and lie angle alterations. Also
features the "Starburst" variable face design coupled with a flat
sole to get the CG lower and make the head sit neatly behind the
ball. This promotes a higher launch and greater ball speeds than
previous models. Very forgiving off the fairway and plenty of
flight from this head.
Z Star Irons - A forged, midsize head with a
cut-away design for forgiveness in the back. The face is forged
from a 1020 carbon steel for softer feel but the body is forged
from 1025 carbon steel which is slightly firmer and will hold loft
and lies better. A good performance with plenty of forgiveness. |
